Lead AI enablement, data quality, and the enterprise reporting & forecasting infrastructure for Global Portfolio & Program Management.
AI Enablement & Operational Automation
- Secured Microsoft Copilot licenses for the entire GPPM department through a self-initiated AI-enablement effort, avoiding ~$1,350/month in software spend.
- Drove department-wide AI adoption to 96% weekly and 78% daily usage — conservative productivity impact estimated at >$100,000 annually.
- Delivered Microsoft Copilot training to 400+ internal and external participants, including sessions attended by the Copilot leadership team.
- Built internal AI agents (Guidance Agent, Acronym Agent) and Power Automate workflows that eliminated hundreds of recurring operational hours.
Data Quality, Reporting & Forecasting
- Designed and deployed a full-stack Data Quality Management dashboard identifying 50+ systemic data defects across enterprise portfolio systems.
- Built a resource-forecasting model using a scoring algorithm to match comparable studies by protocol parameters — 90% forecast accuracy.
- Co-own the monthly 70-slide executive Portfolio Report; automated its population from source systems and rebuilt the infrastructure in Power BI.
- Built real-time CT.gov, milestone reconciliation, PTRS financial, and regulatory-timeline dashboards used across Portfolio, Clinical Ops, and Finance.
Systems Integration & Initiatives
- Integrated portfolio data sources into the enterprise planning platform (Planview), driving adoption across departments including Finance.
- Served as Data Scientist on the enterprise Fast-to-Patient initiative — defining KPIs and Power BI methodologies to measure performance.
